GoOffGrid is operated by Tydal Consulting. GoOffGrid is a property screening tool that uses publicly available data sources to generate off-grid viability scores and reports. The service is not professional advice. Reports are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional surveys, inspections, title searches, or legal counsel.
Reports are generated using data from public APIs including FEMA, USGS, NREL, USDA, NOAA, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap, PVGIS, ThinkHazard (World Bank), USFS, CWFIS, SoilGrids (ISRIC), and Copernicus. Accuracy depends on source data quality and may not reflect current ground conditions for a specific parcel.
GoOffGrid makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data included in scores or reports. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate for specific parcels.
Full reports are a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. There are no subscriptions. Refunds are handled case-by-case via email. Contact tyler@tydalconsulting.com for refund requests.
Users provide an email address and GPS coordinates to use the service. Optional data (acreage, price, intended use, listing URL) may be provided to improve report quality. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is used.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tydal Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GoOffGrid, including but not limited to decisions made based on report content. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tydal Consulting from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on report content.
