Required: Email address, GPS coordinates.

Optional: Acreage, listing price, intended use, listing URL.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to generate property viability scores and reports, deliver them to you via email, and improve the service. We may send transactional emails (report delivery, purchase confirmation) via Resend and marketing emails via Kit (ConvertKit). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing (they handle card data directly; we never see your card number)
• Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (no personal data collected)
• Vercel — hosting

4. Cookies

GoOffGrid does not use cookies for tracking. Plausible Analytics is fully cookieless and does not collect personal data. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Data Retention

Score and report data is stored indefinitely so you can access your reports at any time. If you'd like your email and data removed, contact us and we'll delete it.
